Historical Evolution of Enterprises
There is an ancient town named Tongli in the south of the Yangtze River. It has a long history and is well-known. It is the first batch of famous historical and cultural towns in China. At the northern end of the town, a 5,000-year-old Songze cultural site was rescued and excavated in 2004. The site was named Tongli Site by experts. A total of 372 cultural relics were unearthed. Among them, a quadruped pot with round mouth and square bottom was particularly noticeable. According to preliminary examination by experts, this pot is expected to be a national first-class cultural relic. The glorious history of 5000 years has been turned up to this day. Just above this site, another miracle has been born. This new building material, called FC, first appeared on this ancient land in China. The four-legged pottery pot made of clay is only ten meters away from the FC board made of fibre cement, but it has undergone a 5,000-year space-time transition.
The manufacturer of FC products, now fully known as Jiangsu Aifuxi New Building Materials Co., Ltd., has a full half-century history. It has experienced ups and downs in the process of growth and growth, and has crossed the ditches and ridges.
In 1964, the predecessor of Aifuxi Building Materials, an unknown handicraft cooperative, manually produced textile products by dozens of people and several rooms, began the arduous road of enterprise entrepreneurship and development.
By the early 1970s, the first primitive accumulation had been completed. The enterprise had changed from a handicraft cooperative to a semi-automatic mechanized production line. It mainly produced a product called Bowa, which replaced the traditional clay tile. It was also the first challenge launched by the enterprise to the 5000-year Qin brick and Han tile tradition. This tile is a kind of tile plate with thin and high strength. It is a new type of roofing tile used in industrial and agricultural buildings such as factory buildings. Experts from all over the country have come to study, observe and discuss it one after another. Therefore, the enterprise has gained a certain reputation in the national industry. However, due to the single use of products, enterprises have not achieved great development, but they have finally got rid of the "rope, wire, cloth, belt" fetters and entered a new stage of development.
In the 1980s, the opportunity came. At that time, the State Building Materials Bureau introduced a technology of manufacturing FC board from abroad, hoping to try production in the domestic building materials industry.
The so-called FC board is a large-scale, high-strength, fire-proof, waterproof, freeze-resistant, low shrinkage fiber cement compression board, which can be widely used in various types of buildings, such as interior and exterior walls, ceiling, decoration and decoration. The most wonderful feature is that it does not use clay, but uses cement, fly ash, quartz sand and pulp fibers and other materials, safe and environmental protection, saving arable land, known as green building materials.
In 1984, as the first enterprise in China to import technology to manufacture FC board, a 10,000-ton press and its supporting assembly line were imported from West Germany.
In 1985, it was formally put into production and its name was changed to Wujiang New Building Material Factory.
However, although the product has been launched, difficulties ensue. Because it is the first production in China, people do not know much about the performance of FC products, so product sales are seriously poor, forming a backlog. Difficulties are again before us. How can we go in the future?
As the saying goes, there is no way out.
The leaders and salesmen of the factory have gone south and north, and have gone through all kinds of hardships. In order to broaden the sales channels, they have traveled all over the famous design institutes, provincial building materials bureaus and many construction units in China.
Gongfu pays no attention. Opportunities came in 1989. The 11th Asian Games will be held in Beijing in September 1990. Among them, gymnasiums, table tennis halls, swimming and diving halls and Asian Games villages need new materials for inner wall panels and ceiling suspension. Because FC panels are lightweight, safe and reliable, waterproof and fire-proof, green and environmental protection, they meet the requirements of large venues, so the venues of the Asian Games are different. The restaurant used nearly 800,000 square meters of FC board at once, which was equivalent to the sales volume of the enterprise for half a year at that time.
In the successful application of Asian Games venues, which were praised as "the first Asian Pavilion", FC series products began to be widely used in light-weight interior and exterior walls, ceiling, exterior and exterior insulation panels, inorganic pre-coated decorative panels, fire-proof furniture panels, industrial fire-proof insulation panels, ventilation tube panels, sound insulation barriers of various buildings. The use of boards has been widely used in TV stations, theatres, museums, gymnasiums, railway stations, airports, shopping malls, textile factories and other large-scale construction facilities throughout the country.
